Our international chefs, use local seasonal produce sourced from the waters and pastures of Jersey to create dishes which will offer modern European cuisine with a twist.
Whether you wish to enjoy cocktails on our Liberation terrace elevated above the courtyard or sip on summer ciders, we strive to be a venue where people can come and eat, drink, relax, meet friends, celebrate . . .. and just have a fantastic time, while enjoying the warmth of our hospitality in a vibrant atmosphere.
The Quayside terrace is Europe’s first and currently only under-floor heated Al fresco terrace. All the heat is generated from recycled energy throughout the building electing Quayside for a number of Green energy awards..
Once you have finished you have the choice to dance the night away downstairs in Mimosa, or enjoy a pint of real ale in the 'Fox and Firkin', or retire to our Liberation terrace to chat under the stars.
